The Gunsynd Classic is a Group 3 race that is run at Eagle Farm racecourse on the first weekend of the Brisbane Winter Racing Carnival in Queensland. Run over a distance of 1,600 metres, the Gunsynd Classic is held under set weight conditions. The Gunsynd Classic is worth $125,000 in prize money and is open to three-year-old horses only.

The next Gunsynd Classic will take place on Saturday April 28, 2013.

The Gunsynd Classic is a great race for three-year-olds that are looking to begin their Brisbane Winter Carnival campaigns.
